 …the premier event of the nine wineries along the Indiana Uplands Wine Trail. Our mission is to share the story of the Indiana Uplands and the varieties of wines we grow within this stretch of Southern Indiana we affectionately like to call Indiana’s Wine Country.

Our featured chef will be Bloomington, Indiana native and nine-time James Beard Award semi-finalist, David Tallent.  Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Tallent operated the eponymous Restaurant Tallent in Bloomington for 12 years focusing on menus filled with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.  His love of Midwestern cuisine and affinity for local farms pairs beautifully with our goal to highlight the best that Southern Indiana has to offer.
